通风管道一般采用三级过滤,即普通过滤装置、中效过滤装置、高效过滤装置。过滤器的质量好坏,需要重点把关。质量不好的过滤器,用的时间短,过滤效果不好。特别是风阻过大,导致出风量小。通风管道的链接部位,要用质量好的密封圈。用密封胶来弥补密封圈的质量问题,时间稍长一些,管道密封就会出问题,解决起来非常麻烦。会造成意想不到损失。送风管道质量出了问题,等于全部工程推倒重来。净化工程质量出问题,大部分是管道安装出现问题,重新打密封胶,只能暂时解决问题。有的使用单位高效过滤器更换频繁,一般都是送风管道出现毛病,所以安装净化管道必须精心。工程监理全程都不可离开。

Purification engineering quality problems, mostly pipeline installation problems, re sealant, can only temporarily solve the problem. Some units use high efficiency filters to replace frequently. Generally, there are faults in the air supply pipes, so the installation of purification pipelines must be meticulous. The whole course of engineering supervision must not be left.
